The Queen’s Blog

Copia de greedies 5

Hello. I’m the Queen.

The King and I with the maid have been going to schools in and around Barcelona. It’s such fun!

On Thursday we went to a village in the north called Pallafolls, and then we travelled four days to the south to arrive on Tuesday in Santa Coloma de Gramanet. Our next journey was north again but only took us one day to arrive in Argentona on Wednesday.

All the children paid the tax of one gold coin and the Sound Collector came to visit us. He has got all these wonderful sounds in his bag. It was such fun listening to them.

It’s my tea time now, time to eat some bread and honey, yummy! I’ll come back later and tell you what happens in our story.  Bye for now.

P.S. The King and I want to have our portrait painted so if any of you would like to draw a picture of us and send it to us we would post it up here on this blog for everyone to see. Below is a Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Mabel Pickering, winner, 8-11 category in the international portrait competition held on the Queen’s 85th birthday.
